The highlight for me in this course is the part that says CONTROL YOUR SENSES. Honestly, i need a lot of that especially with what i eat and drink. Sometimes i just get moody for no reason. Right now i am taking a decision to consciously control it and get more productive because i have everything i need to crush my goals already. Thank you Temi for this course
