Hey coachee!

Here are some fine prints you want to be aware of on this journey with us while on the Business Coaching For Coaches Program. Please read carefully and sign the last page to show that you agree to our terms.

We’re excited to have you in this program because we know we are going to have an amazing time as we are officially in a happy relationship now where we will be helping you launch a profitable brand around your passion, expertise or experience as a coach.

To make sure you get the best experience in this program, please read this AGREEMENT to the end because we don’t want us to get into a “it’s complicated” relationship later on.

First of all, execution is key!

If you only watch the lessons and you don’t implement the exercises, it’s just going to look like you are watching a season movie on Netflix because true transformation comes from watching the lessons AND implementing the exercises. Remember, it’s one thing to know something, it’s another thing to implement what you know. Doing the exercises will help you to implement what you learn and record massive progress. However, you should also bear in mind that when you miss any of your weekly deliverables, you are liable to pay a fine of $10 (N10,000) at first instance and $20 (N20,000) at subsequent instances. Failure to pay your fine means loss of access to our feedback on your tasks.

Execution and Accountability

By week 2, you will be paired with an Accountability Partner (AP). Your AP is your partner in progress and the person you are accountable to and who also is accountable to you according to the Program’s Execution Calendar.

You are expected to befriend this person and offer immediate support to him or her to the best of your ability. You have the right to lodge a complaint against your AP if she/he is not helping you grow as ought and you also have the right to ask for a change of partner if, for whatever reason, you are not comfortable with the person you have been paired with.

Now…

Don’t get overwhelmed (and start crying ‘Coach Temi, I can’t do this!‘)

• Shortly after you start taking your BCC lessons and taking action, you are going to feel like you are going beyond your limits but kamdan (calm down) 😀. Change is not easy and that is why we have made the module consumption only one module per week (except on week 1 which is 2 modules) to avoid overwhelming you. By week 6, you will be done with the lessons and focus more on execution.
• Don’t give up too quickly because you will be used to it in no time. Just open your mind and follow the recommended calendar.
• Take it one step at a time and remember that “Winners never quit and quitters never win”.
• For the sake of your sanity, begin to take the lessons IMMEDIATELY you are given access to them. Attempting to do your deliverables within 2 days of being due is equal to attempting to give yourself high blood pressure. Please, don’t do that to yourself.

Concerning absence or lack of interaction in the group

As you know, this will only work if you work it. If however due to some unforeseen circumstances you are unable to do the work required, it is imperative that you discuss with the Coaching Manager so you can both determine if it will be best for you to either excuse the program completely or be allowed more time to submit your deliverables. Not including instances when you have properly sought and gotten the permission to be excused from group activities (minimum of 2 days before your assignments are due), if you do not turn in your deliverables as at when due, you shall be fined $10 (N10,000) at first instance and $20 (N20,000) at subsequent instances which must be paid within 2 working days or else you will not be given feedback on your work by the time you submit it.

NOTE: On no account are you allowed to go AWOL on me.

Support Available

Ask for help; help others too. We have created a WhatsApp group to provide some “hands-on” support for you as you go through this program. The purpose of this group is also to help you build relationships with other people on the same journey with you.

We expect you to ask questions there and also help others in the group.

Hint: This is a powerful way to network. The group is primarily a support and love zone so be careful not to do anything that might upset another person in the group. Kindly read the description of the group for more.

Complaints

If you have any complaints at all, maybe your username is not working or you can’t find something, please send an email to support@winorwinacademy.com. Also note that we have a Clients Support team who is in charge of resolving any issue yo may have. If you send a complaint to any other email or through another channel, it may not be resolved as fast as possible. The quickest way to have your complaints resolved is by sending a mail to the Programs Coordinator / Coaching Manager on support@winorwinacademy.com

Refunds

Apart from the guarantee on the sales page, we do not offer refunds after we have given you access to the lessons. Even if you decide that you cannot take the program after you have paid for it, your ONLY option will be to defer your admission to a later cohort and this will attract an extra fee (which is usually the difference between what you paid and the current registration fee).

Working Hours

We are humans. We rest on weekends and in the evenings too. Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (WAT). If you send a message during the weekend or at night or on a public holiday, we will respond during the next working day.

Copyright and Confidentiality

By coming on this course, you accept all our terms and conditions displayed on our website. Every single material in the course is an intellectual property of Win Or Win Consults and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

You may NOT modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any part of this program without proper permission sought and gotten from Coach Temi Ajibewa.

You may, however, from time to time, print one copy of individual pages for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

Infringement of our copyright to all the information (including models, graphs, pictures and training) without a proper approval sought and gotten from Coach Temitope Ajibewa, will attract the full force of law against such perpetrator. You know Coach Temi is a trained lawyer, right? *insert evil grin here.*

It is important that you know that you are not allowed to share your access to this coaching program with anyone, nor share whatever information you have gotten from this program except in the instance of giving a testimonial.

Confidentiality and Copyrights of Other Students

While on the group coaching program, we expect you to maintain total confidentiality of all you will be having access to from other participants, including their work. All their original work and expresssions are protected by law as their personal property and so, you do not have the right to copy such or pass them off as yours unless their permission is sought and gotten or else you will be liable to be sued for plagiarism or copyright infringement.

Feedback and Testimonials

By going on this program, you agree to give us feedback and a testimonial before/at the end of the program if you are pleased with the value you have gained from it.
